Terms of Service

To access ShegaVibes services, you may register using two methods:

• /OAuth Login: Use authorized third-party providers (Google/TikTok) for instant access. We receive your basic profile data as governed by our Privacy Policy.
• /Email & Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Regarding the design and printing of your custom NFC Smart Cards:

• /Customization: Users must provide high-quality assets for printing. ShegaVibes is not responsible for low-resolution prints resulting from poor-quality source files.
• /Delivery: Physical products are shipped within Ethiopia. Delivery times may vary based on your location in Addis Ababa or other regions.

By using our QR Gate Control and Digital Memory pages:

• /Service Integrity: You agree not to attempt to bypass the anti-fraud QR systems or manipulate guest check-in data.
• /Content Responsibility: The event host is responsible for monitoring guest-uploaded content on their Memory Pages. We reserve the right to remove illegal or harmful content.

ShegaVibes provides event technology "as is." While we strive for 99.9% uptime for your big day, we are not liable for guest connectivity issues or local network failures at event venues.
